Mac let out a sigh of annoyance as he walked trough the cold snow early in the morning

After a two week vacation going back to school sounded like the least he wanted to do but hey, you gotta do it

''hopefully they'll go easy on us today...being the first day after vacation and all'' mac said to himself as he reached the school

he sped up a bit and quickly got inside where it was a lot warmer, a couple of girls were standing right by the door chatting and some guys were standing outside for a smoke

Mac just shrugged to himself and walked over to the cafeteria and sat down and got out his phone

he checked for new emails, new status updates but since it was still kinda early nothing had really happened since he checked before he left home

''Hey Mac'' he heard a voice said and turned around and saw one of his classmates

a girl named Lauren, she had short black hair, glasses and was wearing a black top and some tight jeans and some black boots

''Hey Lauren...whats up?''

''Nothing, just waiting....but you look dreadfull, didnt get any sleep or what ?''

''i didnt...damn it, i fell asleep at like 4 and then woke up at 7 so...''

''that sucks'' she said smirking at mac

''yeah, it does, because im tired as fuck and 6 or 8 more hours of school...just the thought makes me wanna die''

''thats a nice way to start the new year''

''the new year started 4 days ago, and it started awesome, thank you''

Lauren smiles as the school bell rings and they head over to their class

Mac sighs and sits down on chair and gets out the books as their teacher walks in

a woman in her 40's named Marina

''Hello class, i know you're all tired after the holidays but lets just straight into it, open your mathbooks on page 154''

the whole class sighs as they get out their books and opens up on the right page

''Now go over that page and write down the answers and in your books''

she smiles at the class and takes a sip of her coffee

Mac just sighs again but starts doing his assignements 

''Hey Mac ?''

He turns and looks over at Lauren

''yeah ?''

''Do you need help or something ? you look like you're struggling..''

''im fine...i hate this crap but i should be fine''

''if you say so'' she smiles and keeps on working

an hour pass and the class finally ends as they head outside to get some fresh air before the next class

''math the first day back to school...ugh'' mac kicks some snow on the ground while lauren looks over at him

''if you hate it so why dont you read up on it some more ?''

''because i just dont find it...interesting, i try but i lose my motivation to do it''

''that sucks but i got something that might help you'' she smiles at him

''oh ? what do you mean?''

''well, when im tired but i need to study or just feel unmotivated i take some of these pills and my clears up and i can get back into it''

''so...you are offering me mind enhancing drugs ?''

''i guess i am, do you want some or not ?''

''i'll try them out''

She smiles at mac and hands him a small pill bottle 

''take two with some water before classes, okay ?''

he nods and walks inside the school and heads to the boys bathroom and takes the pill with some water

once he is done he walks back to the class where the rest of them are already sitting

''sorry'' he says to marina as he enters

she just shrugs ''dont worry, just sit down mac''

Mac nods and walks over to his seat and sits down

''okay, open up your science books on page 88''

''Feeling any better mac?'' lauren looks at him

''Nothing really...'' he says and opens up his book 

''okay, i want you to work in pairs of two on this assignement''

mac and lauren looks at each other and smiles as they move their desks together

''okay, i guess we're working together then, whats the assignement?''

''uhm...just some some normal assignements really...nothing special but you look kinda pumped up, are the pills kicking in`?''

''i dont know but i can feel something...lets give it a try''

Lauren nods and they start working on the assignements, they start slowly but soon after both of them seem to speed up and blaze trough the assignements and so the class ends

They walk out of the classroom but Mac seems to be rushing

''whats wrong ?''

''i need to go to the bathroom, i feel like im about to throw up...''

''oh ? is it the pills ?''

''i dunno, i just...'' he holds his hand over his mouth and runs away

Lauren sighs and walks over to a bench and sits down 

meanwhile Mac has ran over to the bathroom and is leaning over the sink panting heavily

luckily he is all alone but thats of little reassurance 

''ugh...'' 

he splashes some water on his face and tries to make himself throw up but no matter how much he tries nothing happens

''what the hell...'' mac says and splashes some more water on his face

He then gets some paper and wipes away the water to see something in the reflection of the mirror

Mac had always brown eyes but now they were clear blue and his short brown hair was now dark shade of blonde

''am i seeing things ? what the hell did Lauren give me...''

mac splashes some more water on his face and dries himself up but its still the same, in fact, his fingers looks a bit different as well

they look smaller...more petite even his nails looks somewhat longer and almost like they have just been styled 

''im hallucinating now...damn it Lauren! what is this shit you'ven given me!''

Mac walks over to an empty stalls and closes the toilet lid and sits down

''and now my head is killing me...''

sighs and scratches his arm and kicks his legs against the toilet, there is insane tickling feeling down there so just moving them around seems to help but after about 30 seconds of doing that he stands up and walks back out of the booth and out of the bathroom and runs outside to get some air

Mac takes a deep breath and looks up at the clear skies 

''that's better...'' mac said but he noticed something was...wrong

His voice was different...it was higher and more...feminine sounding

''what ? hello ? what is...'' he says to himself and sure enough his voice has changed

''how..what is going on...'' mac looks at his hands again and clenches them into a fist and looks back up into the sky

''....Mac?'' he hears someone say

He turns around and looks at Lauren

''yeah, sorry, i just needed some air...''

''its...fine but hey...uhm...i guess i should be sorry''

''why ?''

''the pills...i had no idea but some of the side effects might be headache...nauesea''

''what about this ?'' he says looking at Lauren

''i dont know...what happened to you ?''

''i dont know...my hair just turned blonde and my eyes changed...even my arms and fingers are smaller and my legs feels kinda smooth...''

''but i dont kno....aaaaahhhh!!!'' he suddenly screams and almost falls down on the ground but lauren holds around him

''whats wrong Mac ?''

''my....it hurts!''

Lauren holds around him tightly but she can slowly feel something pressing against her body

''...what ?''

Mac keeps screaming in pain as lauren just keeps holding around him

she keeps holding around him tightly as she can still feel something poking her but after one minute mac calms down and manages to stand by himself

Lauren lets go and looks at him ''oh my god Mac....your chest...''

''huh...'' he says and looks down and notices a pair of bumps on his shirt

''what ?'' he slowly cups them with his hands and looks at Lauren

''i got breasts ? what the hell ? why am i turning into a woman ?!''

''i dont know! i.....i guess it might be the pills''

''what was in those pills you gave me then ?! you said they were fine!''

''i dont know! but but...we gotta figure out what to do with this...im sure its nothing...but...is there still something down there...?'' she asks kinda reluctant to even ask such a question

Mac kinda freezes up but slowly looks down his pants to see nothing there...

''N-nothing...but i dont feel....''

''maybe it happened when you were in so much pain you didnt notice it...''

''okay...lets go back inside''

Lauren grabs his arm and drags him over to the girls bathroom and pushes him inside

''what the hell ? i cant be here!''

''i know but going to the mens bathroom might not be a better idea, just shut up and look at yourself''

Mac just sighs and looks at his reflection again

the short dark blonde hair, those clear blue eyes....she was incredible cute

''C'mon Michelle, we need to figure out something''

''Michelle ?'' i said looking at her

''Mac wont work anymore so, michelle just fits you better now but seriously...we need to figure our something...''

Michelle nods slowly but keeps looking at her reflection...there is just something...looking at the reflection and knowing its her

''Michelle ?''

Michelle says nothing but just keeps looking as she gently touches her own nose 

''Michelle ? whats wrong ?''

She turns and looks at Lauren

''i...i dont know why but....i think...i think im okay Lauren''

''What ? what do you mean ?''

''....For some reason, i feel fine...like...being this''

''....what ?''

She walks over and looks at Lauren right into her eyes

''im not changing back into a man, im going to stay as a girl''

Lauren just looks at her with a look of shock in her eyes

she stammers, not sure what to say or do but michelle smiles at her then hugs her 

''M-Michelle...?''

she says nothing but hugs her again 

''Are...Are you sure ?''

''Mhm...100% Lauren''

''but what about your parents and family ?''

''my mom always kinda wanted a girl so its fine and i rarely talk to my dad...so its going to be fine'' Michelle smiles at Lauren

''...okay then Michelle'' she smiles at her

''but you...are sure Michelle...im sorry but i need to ask''

Michelle giggles ''im fine, its going to be fine...like i said i feel super happy and motivated...it's going to be fine Lauren''

Lauren smiles at her and nods

''yeah, Being a girl is great Michelle and i'll help you if you need it''

''Really ? that would be great! promise ?''

''of course i promise'' she giggles back and smiles at Michelle 

Michelle smiles back at her as they walk out of the bathroom together
